The region of Preveza offers a plethora of beach options for visitors to enjoy, each with different formations and types of sand, catering to every taste. A common feature of most beaches is easy access and the presence of organized facilities, such as beach bars.
However, Artolithia is an exception. It is an exotic beach on the border of the villages Riza and Kastrosykia, with incredible blue waters and a series of imposing rocks that act as natural breakwaters, protecting it from the large waves of the Ionian Sea, keeping the waters constantly calm and inviting. This makes it an ideal swimming spot for families with young children. The surrounding landscape, covered with simple Mediterranean vegetation, is impressive and provides a sense of tranquility.
As it is a beach that is difficult to access, far from the eyes of the general public, it is a "hidden treasure" of the mainland. It is located approximately 25 kilometers from the city of Preveza, near Zalongo, and close to the national road that connects Preveza with Igoumenitsa
